Providing Feedback

At Loch Street Medical Centre we welcome all feedback, and we take your concerns, suggestions, compliments and complaints seriously.

There are several ways you can provide feedback to us, including:

  • Placing a form in the suggestion box in the waiting area.
  • Responding to the text message we send after your appointment, inviting you to leave feedback about our service.

If you have a complaint, we encourage your to first discuss this with your Doctor or our Practice Manager. However, if your are not satisfied that your issue has been resolved, you may take the matter to the Health Complaints Commissioner:
