Practice Manager
Senior Receptionist
Hello! I am Robyn, a dedicated member of Loch Street Medical Centre since December 2022, with a rich background in medical and community service. My career began in 1978 at LRH, Moe, where I spent 18 years in the Pathology Laboratory before continuing my expertise at a Private Pathology Laboratory for 13 years. I later transitioned to medical reception, a field I’ve embraced for the past decade. My passion for helping others and commitment to community service are reflected in my work. In my spare time, I enjoy bushwalking, gardening, and participating in community activities.
Receptionist
Barbara joined Loch Street Medical Centre in June 2023, bringing extensive administrative experience from her previous role with the West Gippsland Healthcare Group, where she worked for 27 years, primarily supporting the Director of Medical Services. After relocating to Queensland for a warmer climate, she spent 10 years in administration before moving back to West Gippsland to be closer to her family. Outside of work, Barbara enjoys spending time with her family, reading, crafting, caravanning, and motorbike riding.
Receptionist
I started at Loch Street Medical Centre in 2023, right after finishing my VCE studies in Ancient History, Sociology, Psychology, English, and Legal Studies. This role is my first job, and I’m genuinely excited to be working in reception, where I get to interact with people every day—something I’m truly passionate about. In my spare time, I love traveling to new places, spending quality time with friends and family, and diving into a good book. I’m looking forward to continuing to grow in this role and contribute to our fantastic team.

Outside of work, I enjoy family time, volunteering, and supporting the deaf/hard of hearing community. I’m excited to serve my local community at Loch Street Medical Centre.
